To create a Product Catalogue within Facebook, you first need to create a Facebook Product Feed. You can use the same Product Feed that you use for Google. However, Facebook does not require all the attributes that Google require. Facebook only require the following:
- Item Group ID
- Google Product Category (Facebook exactly match the Google Taxonomy)
- Product Type
- Custom Label 0
- Sale Price
- Sale Price Effective Date
- Age Group
Whilst you can use your Google Product Feed, we recommend having separate feeds for each channel so you can apply the right tracking and apply the correct Google Analytics UTM setup.
