Following the EU Antitrust ruling in 2017, Google are required to increase the competition within the Google Shopping results. As a result, they created the Google Comparison Shopping Service and a handful of trusted partners have been selected to become an official Google CSS Partner. We’re proud to be among those partners and as such we can now help our retailers and agencies reach millions of Google Shopping customers at cheaper rate than going directly through Google.
How does it work?
We will create a new CSS approved Merchant Center and connect to your Google Ads account. The products in the new Merchant Center will need to be approved by Google, which takes 48 to 72 hours. Once approved, you can then build new Shopping campaigns that link to the new CSS approved Merchant Center ID.
All of your Google Shopping campaigns are still managed through your Google Ads account, by you. The only difference is that your product feed will be managed via a CSS approved Merchant Center Account.
You can choose to convert your existing Merchant Center into a CSS approved Merchant Center account. This will keep all of your product performance history. However, there is a consequence to this that you should be aware of:
Your current account management team at Google will lose visibility of the account. This may not be a problem for some companies. But this could impact on existing relationship you have with Google.
What are our costs?
Unlike other CSS Partners, we do not charge set up fees or request a percentage of the investment spent on our network. Our CSS Partner network is included within subscription costs. So you and your clients can unlock the benefits of the CSS Network from just £99 per month.

What is High Street One?
High Street One is the trading style of our Shopping Comparison website. However, this website is not indexed organically by Google and is designed as a Google CSS portal only.
Why did we choose High Street One?
Hundreds of retailers and agencies use our CSS Network. So wanted to create a brand that was neutral for all of our users and wasn’t designed to advertise Shoptimised. The purpose is to drive low cost sales to yours or your clients websites.
High Street One provides more filtering capability than any of competitors. When Google informed CSS Partners that they must improve the functionality of their CSS Websites, we were the only partner who immediately passed their increased functionality requirments. We will continue to improve High Street One to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients.
Unlike many of our competitors, High Street One No Follows every link which points back to advertising websites. This ensures that advertisers do not all of sudden obtain thousands of back links from one website with no domain authority or content. We also No Follow and No Index every page on High Street One so we are not competing with advertisers products in Organic listings.
High Street One is a Google CSS (Comparison Shopping Site) approved website. But as all of the products here as sponsored products and therefore we make sure any visitors to High Street One are aware of this fact.
No Affiliates or Display Advertising
High Street One does not contain any affiliate advertising or display advertising in Google CSS Search Results. The only products displayed are from agencies and retailers who are currently running active Google CSS campaigns.
